Number Templates allow numbering sequences to be pre-defined and used throughout Kinetic during the creation of Reports, Items, Jobs & Sites. Files can be uploaded into a Folder structure which can be personalised to a specific Site. To do so go to�Main Menu > Sites > select required Site > Files. � To create a New Folder, the Folder Name can be entered into the New Folder Name Field, followed by clicking on Create Folder button.�The user can upload files by selecting a folder, then using the Upload File button.�This will bring up the Add File menu, where the Name and Description of the files can be entered into the free text fields
