To give an agent access to the Customer Site on the Customer Portal they must be added as the Agent against the Customer record.� To add an Agent to Customer record go to Menu Menu > Customers > select the required Customer > Contacts > +Add. From within the Customer�Details�tab the�Agent�can then be selected from the dropdown menu. Once complete select Save.
