Site Locations�are typically physical locations within the Site where Items are located. A Site Location can be created from within the Customer Site by selecting the Locations Tab. If an item needs to move to another Customer and/or a different Site or to a different Location within its current Site then it can be Transferred. Any Transfer action is logged and can be seen in the Movements�tab of the item record. An Agent is an external company user, who needs to see items located at Customers Sites on behalf of that Customer.
