An Agent is an external company user, who needs to see items located at Customers Sites on behalf of that Customer. They can therefor be provided with access to a Customers Portal with a read only view. A Customer can only have one Agent allocated to them, however an Agent can be allocated to multiple customers.

To give an agent access to the Customer Site on the Customer Portal they must be added as the Agent against the Customer record.� To add an Agent to Customer record go to Menu Menu > Customers > select the required Customer > Contacts > +Add. From within the Customer�Details�tab the�Agent�can then be selected from the dropdown menu. Once complete select Save.
